DHL Express, both ways

DHL Express collects the EMM at your door and brings it back repaired. From outside the EU it travels on our account and we prepare the customs papers.
How shipping works
If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the repair

We bench-test the unit and tell you plainly whether it can be repaired. If it is beyond repair, the attempt costs you nothing and you pay only the shipping, at cost.

Fast, kept well informed, fixed the issue. Had to pay VAT charge when importing back to the UK which I hadn't factored into the costs, but still better value than a new one.
