Evinrude EMM Repair
The Engine Management Module is the brain of your Evinrude outboard. When it fails the engine won't run right, or won't run at all. We repair the original module at component level, for a fraction of the price of a new unit.
- No cure, no pay
- 24-month warranty
- Full bench simulation test
The brain of your Evinrude outboard
The Engine Management Module (EMM) controls fuel injection, ignition timing and engine protection on Evinrude E-TEC, Ficht and E-TEC G2 outboards. When it fails the engine can lose power, stall, refuse to start or drop into limp mode.
A replacement EMM from the dealer is expensive and increasingly hard to source now that Evinrude production has ended. We diagnose and repair the original module at component level and restore it to full working order.
Every repair is covered by our no-cure-no-pay guarantee and a 24-month warranty, and we ship worldwide with DHL Express.

- Engine won't start or is hard to start
- Engine stalls unexpectedly or runs rough
- No connection via diagnostic software
- Battery not charging
- Blown fuse on the EMM circuit
- Engine stuck in limp / guardian mode

Why Dr Evinrude sends his EMMs to us
Johan de Konink, known as Dr Evinrude, is an independent Evinrude specialist. From his own workshop he helps Ficht and E-TEC owners all over the world with the mechanical side of their engines. When a job comes down to the EMM or the electronics, he works with us. In his own words:
Our collaboration is unique: I focus on the mechanical side, while they specialize in the electronic brain. We are in constant communication to get people back on the water as quickly as possible. I test EMM modules on real engines under full load out on the water and report my findings back to them. In return, I supply mechanical parts for their highly advanced test rigs.
