Why send your EMM to Hardware Care?

We repair Evinrude E-TEC and Ficht EMMs in our workshop in Nieuwkuijk, the Netherlands, and test every unit under load before it goes back.

  • 24 months on every repair

    If an EMM we repaired stops working within two years, we put it right at no extra cost and send it back by DHL Express. That is twice the 12-month factory warranty on a new unit.

  • DHL Express, both ways

    DHL Express collects the EMM at your door and brings it back repaired. From outside the EU it travels on our account and we prepare the customs papers.

    How shipping works

  • If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the repair

    We bench-test the unit and tell you plainly whether it can be repaired. If it is beyond repair, the attempt costs you nothing and you pay only the shipping, at cost.
