Worldwide EMM shipping,
door to door.

Customers on six continents have shipped their EMM to our workshop in the Netherlands and had it returned repaired. DHL Express collects at your door and brings it back.

  • DHL Express, typically 2–3 business days in transit
  • Fully insured, declared value covered in transit
  • Outside the EU we book the DHL collection and prepare the customs papers

How sending your EMM works

01

Send us the part number

It is on the label on the EMM housing. We confirm we can repair it and send you the fixed price and shipping instructions.

02

Pack & ship

Pack the EMM in a small, well-padded box. Inside the EU any tracked carrier will do. From outside the EU it travels on our DHL Express account, and we prepare the customs documents.

03

We repair it

We diagnose, repair and bench-test the module. Most repairs leave the workshop within 1–2 weeks of arrival, and you can follow the status on our tracking page.

04

Back at your door

Once the invoice is paid, we send it back by DHL Express with tracking: typically 1 business day within the EU and the UK, 2–3 to the US.

Which courier should you use?

It depends on where you're shipping from. The difference comes down to customs.

Shipping from within the EU

There are no customs formalities inside the EU, so you're free to use whichever carrier is most convenient for you, DPD, PostNL, DHL, UPS or any other local provider all work fine. Just pack your EMM securely and send it tracked and insured.

Shipping from outside the EU

We strongly discourage using a random local provider. Importing into the Netherlands requires the correct customs paperwork, declared value and commodity codes, get this wrong and your EMM can be delayed at the border, hit with unexpected duties, or returned to you. Use our DHL Express service so we handle the customs documentation for you. Contact us and we'll arrange it.

What will shipping cost?

An EMM typically weighs 0.5–1.5 kg. Actual cost depends on your country, postcode and current DHL Express rates, use our calculator for an exact quote.

    How shipping works
  • If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the repair

We bench-test the unit and tell you plainly whether it can be repaired. If it is beyond repair, the attempt costs you nothing and you pay only the shipping, at cost.
