Verzendt u van buiten de EU? Gebruik DHL Express, niet de gewone post
Dit geldt voor elke EMM die van buiten de EU wordt verstuurd, met welke nationale postdienst dan ook. Een echt klantpakket werd geaccepteerd bij een postkantoor, bereikte Nederland en werd vervolgens aan de grens teruggestuurd, gemarkeerd "Unable to Export, Return to Sender", omdat er geen commerciële douanepapieren bij zaten en niemand het signaleerde. Drie weken verloren en de EMM kwam nooit aan. Hier leest u precies waarom de gewone post aan de grens vastloopt en waarom DHL Express dat niet doet.
