A good repair starts before the parcel leaves. Most EMMs we receive are genuinely faulty, but some test perfectly fine, and a healthy unit can't be repaired. A few checks now make sure you're sending the right part.

I am confident the fault is in the EMM and agree to the €175 diagnostic fee if the EMM is not defective.

Engine HP upgrade — €200 ex VAT Upgrade your engine HP at the same time as the repair. If we determine the upgrade is not possible for your EMM, this will NOT be charged.

Evinrude diagnostic cable — €75 → €50 ex VAT Needed for help in warranty cases.

Flywheel repair kit (6 magnets) — €99 ex VAT For 115-200HP and 200-300HP engines.

I know that only Hardware Care is allowed to take care of EMM import/export for non-EU countries. We will reject EMMs that are shipped by the customer (non-EU only). I know Hardware Care charges a fixed price for the repair and a fee of €175 ex VAT when the EMM only needs to be tested.

Update for non-EU customers: an additional charge applies for the import and export of your EMM. These charges, totalling 2× €14.50, are imposed by DHL Express and, like shipping costs, are not a profit for Hardware Care.
